You can update your membership on line.

To safeguard the security of your personal details, members are asked to make changes to their own membership record online. You can access your online account here.  You will require your membership number and email address we hold on record to register for first use. If you have forgotten your membership number you can retrieve it here. If you have already registered and have forgotten your password, it can be reset here.  Alternatively, if you require the Membership Team to make these amendments on your behalf, please call the Membership Team on 0333 207 0719* during office hours 9.15am – 4.45pm Monday to Friday.

Until we hear from you, no changes will be made to your membership record.
